Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of company marketing activities including digital marketing, social media, traditional media, promotional events and promotional campaign
- Liaise with KOL and bloggers to build brand awareness for the company
- Visual asset design and image content creation (Editing of banners, images, landing pages, EDMs)
- Measure and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Work closely with internal and external parties to achieve the Sales Target
- Manage various online and offline advertisements and update social media channels to build communities and enhance brand profile, such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Google, etc
- Assist with filming, photo-taking, live streaming and handle post-editing tasks and production
- Support any ad hoc project
Requirement:
- Diploma / degree in marketing, business related disciplines;
- Min 2 years or above working experiences in the field of marketing / digital media, with proven record in achieving results is definitely an asset;
- Background in beauty industry/ digital marketing / social media agency is highly preferable;
- Knowledge in Photoshop, AI, Google AdWords and Google Analytics is a must;
- Hard-working, able to multi-task and meet deadlines;

CREATIVE DESIGNER/ MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER (FULL-TIME)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create digital creatives for various platforms to promote beauty products/treatments to end consumers.
- Support marketing and sales promotions with creative representations of different offers, such as free gifts, discounts, combination deals, and more.
- Create and design graphics, videos, illustrations, animations, and other multimedia content for various channels, including the web, social media, email, and advertising.
- Ensure that all multimedia content adheres to our brand guidelines and effectively conveys our brand voice and tone.
- Continuously optimize and enhance multimedia content based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with multimedia design trends and best practices to consistently improve design skills and strategies.
- Assist with filming, photography,live streaming, and manage post-editing tasks and production.

Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in creative design, multimedia design, or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving results.

- Proficiency in Photoshop, AI, Premiere, or other video shooting and editing tools is a must.
