Marketing Executive

* Assist in planning, developing and implementing digital marketing/ social media / marketing communication strategies and campaign to build a BEAUTY brand awareness (including but not limited to physical shop, website, social media, SEM, SEO, EDM, display advertising);
* Compile monthly reports to track and evaluate effectiveness of marketing spend and sales report
* Responsible for digital marketing planning and execution of strategies including content management of website, social media, EDM, e-CRM
* Statistic and analyze database which related to online marketing activities
* Be responsible for media, marketing, promotion and production execution;
* Develop, plan and track social media platforms (Facebook, Youtube, Google, Instagram etc.);
* Copywriting and optimizing search engine marketing & social media campaign;
* Develop impact and effective integrated Online Advertising / Digital Media Sales / Online Video Strategic Solution to achieving business objectives;
* Experience in using SEO keyword, conduct keyword search, analysis and exercise SEO best practice to ensure high rankings, and
* Support any ad hoc project
* Work closely with the team on developing creative concepts and campaign idea;
* Plan and write unique and compelling copy for campaigns and social content across a variety of platforms, including social, with a strong focus on driving traffic and conversation, growing audience, and boosting engagement;

*Diploma / degree in marketing, business related disciplines
*Passionate about the work and business we do
*A creative problem solver with high level of agility and open-mindedness
*Analytical and sensitive to numbers
* Min 3 years or above working experiences in the field of marketing / digital media (in an agency/ in house), with proven record in achieving results is definitely an asset;
* Background in digital marketing or social media agency is highly preferable;
* Background in beauty industry is highly preferable;
* Solid experience in terms of integrated ATL, BTL and Online solution and execution;
* Knowledge in Photoshop, AI, Google AdWords and Google Analytics is a must;
* Energetic, proactive, creative and independent;
* Hard-working, able to multi-task and meet deadlines;
* Candidate have more experience will be considered as Senior Digital Marketing Executive;
* Immediately available is highly preferred
* Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Manager/ Senior Marketing Executive
* Comfortable navigating design tool e.g. Adobe Ai, Lightroom

• Manage HR & office administration works, such as Salary & Payroll administration, Employee relation, Office Supplies procurement and control, Equipment maintenance and workplace safety etc.
• Manage store roster, new hires orientation, termination, internal transfer related administration and processes.
• Participate in HR system implementation project, arrange and conduct the communication sessions during the implementation stage
• Prepare HR reports and related analyses;
• Perform filing management system including data input, reports updating, scanning and filing system;
• Undertake any ad hoc / special assignments assigned by management;
• Diploma in Human Resource or Business Administration or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years of HR management / administration experience;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese;
• Experience in Financial industry preferred
