購物須知 SHOPPING NOTES:

購物流程 Shopping Process:

  1. 首次購物前,建議先到小星塵網站登記成為STARRY-CLUB會員。 (成為會員後,可於網站內查看訂單記錄、積分及運單狀況)
  2. 如已成功登記,請於購物前登入帳戶,以便購物時購取積分。
  3. 下單後請依照我們提供的帳戶資料轉帳而加快訂單處理進度。(請於一星期內完成付款,否則訂單將會自動取消恕不另行通知)
  4. 完成付款後,請主動聯絡小星塵客服並提供入數證明。如沒主動聯絡小星塵客服,訂單將會被延誤處理。
  5. 確認訂單後,在一般情況下訂單會於7個工作天內安排寄出,系統將發出電郵提供產品用法及運單編號。

  1. For your first purchase, it is recommended to register as a STARRY-CLUB member at the Little Stardust website. (After becoming a member, you can check the order records, points and order status on the website) 
  2. Once you have successfully registered, please log in to your account before shopping to gain points for your purchase.
  3. Please complete the payment within a week according to the payment methods we provide, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.
  4.  After completing the payment, please contact LSD CS team and upload the deposit certificate to us. Otherwise, it will take longer to process your order.
  5.  After confirming the order, it will be shipped within 7 working days. You will receive an email together with the product usage and tracking number for your record.

Free shipping for order above HK$500 /$30 will be charged for orders below HK$500

-For Macau :

Free shipping for order above HK$800 /$50 will be charged for orders below HK$800

-For Overseas :

Free shipping for order above HK$4000 /$300 will be charged for orders below HK$4000

 

Customers will receive an email from us with your tracking number once the order has shipped.


*Customers are responsible for paying any kind of taxes and duties charged by your own country. 
*Extra surcharges are required for remote areas, please contact our customer service first.

下單後,若於一周後仍未收到任何電郵,請聯絡小星塵客服查詢訂單最新情況。

退換貨政策 Return and Exchange Policy:

網站訂單退換貨政策:

  1. 如非產品品質問題,我們不設退款服務或換貨服務。
  2. 客人如使用後未能符合個人喜好或未如預期理想效果,恕無法退回及退款。
  3. 請理解任何天然成份均有致敏風險,我們無法保證產品不含未知致敏源,敏感性膚質請先細閱網站全成份列表及進行局部皮膚測試。如有敏感情況請立即停用產品。
  4. 訂單一旦確認後,客人不可再隨意更改訂單。(如特別情況,請與客服聯絡)
  5. 訂單寄出後,你所支付的運費將不獲退回。
  6. 如寄出後客人要求換貨便需承擔退換貨的運送費用,而且我們不負責退換而導致的運送風險,因此先確認好產品才下單。
  7. 如果產品出現問題或收到錯誤貨物,請於收到貨品7天內,將閣下的訂單號碼,連同問題產品的圖片,聯絡我們 (WhatsApp – 94245047),客服同事將會於辦公時間內盡快處理。假如客人收到錯誤貨品,我們將安排退換,一切運費將由我們承擔。十分抱歉為你帶來不便。
  8. 請注意,若客人若收到產品後並沒於指定時間反映產品問題並開封繼續使用,即代表客人已明確接受產品之狀況,我們將不會承擔任何已開封並有明顯使用痕跡的任何產品,請客人於使用前先檢查清楚,確認無誤後方行使用。
  9. 如若貨物於運送途中有任何損毀,客戶必須於收到包裹的24小時內通知客服及運輸方,並提供清晰照片作記錄及處理,逾時恕不受理。如於收件時外盒有明顯損壞及滲漏情況,請客人拒絕簽收貨件並退回予運輸商。

 

貨物於運送途中損毀之詳情:

 

本地訂單 – 請把問題產品之圖片於收件後24小時內聯絡CS同事及運輸公司,同事會於辦公時間內盡快處理,逾時恕不受理。

 

海外訂單 – 請於收件後24小時內聯絡CS同事及運輸公司,同事會於辦公時間內盡快處理。一般海外訂單若有產品損毀,並經CS同事確認損毀圖片後,產品相關費用將以積分退回或退到本地銀行帳戶。如果閣下希望本公司重新寄出產品,客人便需要承擔所涉及的所有費用及風險。

 

請注意,客戶需支付一切由當地政策產生的稅項及額外費用,請先細閱條款並確認相關條款後才下單。 

 

如任何爭議,Little Stardust 將保留最終決定權,條款及細則以中文版本爲最終訂案及標準。

 

Online Order Return and Exchange Policy:

 

  1. No refund and exchange policy, other than product quality issues.
  2. If the product does not meet customer’s personal preferences or the quality is not satisfactory after use, no return or refund will be accepted.
  3. Please understand that any natural ingredients will have the risk of sensitization. We cannot guarantee that the product does not contain unknown allergens. In case of any sensitivity please stop using the product immediately.
  4. Once the order has been confirmed, no changes can  be made. (For special request, please contact our CS team)
  5. If the order has been shipped, all shipping charges will not be refunded. 
  6. Please double confirm the product before placing the order. In terms of returning the product, we won’t take any responsibility which may be caused during the shipment.
  7. If you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. Please WhatsApp our CS team at 94245047 with your order no., picture of faulty item and the name of the product you were supposed to receive within 7 days of receiving your order. 

-For local orders, If you have received a wrong item, please contact us via WhatsApp. We will arrange a new shipment as soon as possible. All the shipping charge will be waived if we made the mistake and we sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

-For overseas orders, if there are problems with the products related to the quality issues, the item will be refunded in points.

  1. Please note that if the item you received was not faulty upon arrival and you choose to continue to use it anyway, this means that you have accepted your item in the condition in which it was received and we are no longer liable for the way in which you choose to use your item or any damage that is incurred then-after.
  1. If there is any damage to the product during shipment, customers have to contact our CS team and the courier for the damaged incidents and provide us the pictures for record within 24hours upon parcel arrival.

 

For local order – Please contact our CS with order no. and pictures of the damaged item for further arrangement.

For international order – Please contact our CS team and the courier with order no. pictures of the damaged item within 24hours upon parcel arrival . Once it is approved, the item will be refunded in points. Or if you want us to reship you the item, you shall be held responsible for additional express shipping and all related charges.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all the local taxes or external charges for the shipments, please read the policy clearly before placing the order.

 

In case of any dispute, Little Stardust reserves the right of final decision without objection.

-如換取 高於 原本價值之產品可以補差價方式換貨;

-如換取 低於 原本價值之產品,差價恕不退回。

Store Return and Exchange Policy: 

 

  1. If any product purchased by the customer in the Little Stardust store is found to be damaged, please contact CS within 7 days from the date of purchase and provide the relevant physical receipt and pictures of the damaged item for further arrangement. 
  2. Products can only be exchanged provided that they have been unused.
  3. All products can only be exchanged unless there’s a quality issue.
  4. Exchanged product can only exchange for the same value; or

-If the price of the exchanged item is higher than the original one, the customer can pay the price difference to exchange.

-If the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original one, the price difference will not be refunded.

門市自取政策 In-Store Pick Up Policy:

客人成功下單後,門市同事會盡快備貨。門市同事備好貨後,客人將會收到由 Little Stardust 發出之電郵 及 WhatsApp 取貨通知。請客人收到通知後方到門市取,已確保訂單備好,並需於收到取貨通知後翌日開始計算 兩星期 內,到門市自取。

 

請注意,如兩星期 仍未能到門市取貨,我們會將訂單轉為順豐到付寄出。

 

如任何爭議,Little Stardust 將保留最終決定權不得議異,條款及細則以中文版本爲最終訂案及標準。

Once you have successfully placed an order, our staff will prepare the order as soon as possible. When the order is ready to pick up, the customer will  receive an email and WhatsApp message notification.

Customers are welcome to pick up your order(s) at our store at any time during our business hours. 

 

SF Express (pay by receiver) may occur if customers do not pick up the order within 2 weeks, starting from the day after customer receives  pick up notification. Kindly schedule to come at your earliest convenience.

 

In case of any dispute, Little Stardust reserves the right of final decision without objection.
